Training and Installation
Our customer care policy extends to the provision of structured training in the use and operation of our equipment. We offer training courses for Trainers and individuals wishing to maximise their knowledge and operation of their products. This can be a short half-day seminar for one or a full programme of classroom and on site product training for groups. We also offer training for workshop engineers in the installation of our equipment in a variety of vehicles.
Vehicle installation
Many of our products are "e" marked and conform to, or exceed international regulations. Equally important are the correct installation practices. We follow the stringent standards set out by the UK authorities with respect to vehicle safety, day to day working practices and a duty of care to the system operators. TSS have a dedicated workshop which is fully equipped and staffed by fully accredited engineers to ensure that all installations provide years of trouble free service. |
