Mobile Traffic Enforcement - TransVu

The TSS DVR is a Digital Video Recorder specifically designed for mobile applications with a ruggedised design to withstand the vibration and shock constantly encountered in Emergency Service operational environment. The recorder is designed and built for purpose; its tough construction ensuring reliability and trouble free service. It has acquired a proven track record throughout the world and is ideal for mobile surveillance in all types of vehicle. It supports single or multiple cameras.
Data Integrity
The TSS DVR supports MD5 watermarking where a unique 256-bit digital fingerprint is assigned to a range of images. As a result, when evidence is submitted to the courts - for example on CD or DVD – the watermark data is certified. To verify the authenticity of the recording at a later stage, a second certificate can be generated from the images on the disk. If the message digest on the two certificates match then the video has not been tampered with. This feature adds real integrity to any prosecution evidence.
Compatibility
Another benefit of the TSS DVR is that it includes the NetVu Connected software technology pioneered by our parent company, the AD Group. NetVu Connected products offer CCTV managers real benefits and guaranteed compatibility, allowing easily access and distribution of video images from a wide range of fixed and mobile sources though a common interface. All products carrying the NetVu Connected mark provide seamless connectivity and scalability whilst offering integration and control from an intuitive user interface, irrespective of user location. Its focus on interoperability allows our customers to improve the efficiency of their CCTV solutions, allowing images to be distributed and accessed from any NetVu Connected product and viewed on any screen, from any moment in time anywhere in the world.
Video Management Software
NetVu Observer video management software allows users to easily view and copy images from the hard disk removed from the TSS video system. Image sequences or book marked incidents are easily selected and reviewed. Master and working copies made on non-rewriteable media can then be simply created for evidential purposes with compliant admissibility in a court of law. Images are then optionally stored, distributed or archived. The TSS video management process is fully compatible with the Digital Imaging Procedure as specified by the Home Office Scientific Development Branch. |
