Mobile Digital CCTV - Mobile Fire & Rescue CCTV
PatrolVu 300 is a compact vehicle mounted digital CCTV video system designed specifically for the Fire and Rescue services.
Applications include:
- Event recording en route and at the incident
- Appliance perimeter surveillance at the incident
- Driver training for professional emergency service vehicle drivers and trainers
The system is straightforward to use and provides a high quality evidential audiovisual record of continuous events or specific incidents. The system incorporates a powerful controllable colour camera with 18 times optical zoom on a pan & tilt bracket facing forwards through the windscreen. This powerful camera allows officers to establish quickly the conditions at an incident scene such as the contents of a hazardous goods vehicle or chemical incident from a safe working environment. Additional cameras can be installed on the appliance to give all round vision for monitoring and recording.
Images can be played back in the appliance or downloaded and viewed on a PC. For driver training applications, the forward facing and cab camera showing the driver under instruction can be viewed side by side or as a quad display with the other cameras. The primary forward facing camera incorporates an integral microphone, which can be switched on or off as required.
The TSS DVR is a Digital Video Recorder specifically designed for mobile use with a ruggedised design and tough construction to withstand the vibration and shock often encountered in emergency service vehicles. The DVR can be automatically activated by a number of preset actions such as ignition, blue lights or sirens.
High quality images from the cameras are recorded on a removable 2.5 inch hard disk drive. A range of drive capacities is available to suit your operational needs. Images can be continuously overwritten and the drive removed for downloading as required.
Detailed evidential information of own vehicle operation can be displayed and recorded including date, time, security frame counter, GPS coordinates, speed, braking, indicators, blue lights, siren and zoom operation. |
