We pride ourselves at Traffic Safety Systems Limited in providing the highest level of after sales support to ensure smooth 'hassle free' operation of the equipment. We want you to be happy with the systems so that the relationship between us the supplier and you the customer continues to both parties mutual benefit.
Following installation cameras sites are handed over with full site conformity certification and camera calibration certificates.
Our on going support includes; repairs/maintenance, training, calibration & expert witness.
Repairs/Maintenance:
We will repair returned equipment within 3 days of receipt, sufficient spare parts and systems are kept in stock to ensure this is possible.
Maintenance can be undertaken for existing equipment following a review of equipment in situ. Long term maintenance contracts can be entered into for both existing and new equipment on the same basis.
TSS are the official distributor of Robot and we recommend that equipment is maintained exclusively by our company.
Training:
Certified operator level training can be provided to suit individuals or groups.
Calibration:
The equipment needs calibrating every 12 months to comply with Home Office requirements. Inner housings should be returned to TSS for this service, TSS engineers can also visit camera sites to conduct site conformity checks.
Expert witness:
Our technical experts will support you should a case come to court.
